WHAT WE DO
- We will transform your outdoor space into an amazing cinematic experience for you and your guests
- Based on location and movie selection, we have consistently seen attendance anywhere from 300-800 guests
- We offer graphic design, social media, and marketing support to help make your event as successful as possible *For event series only*
- We include additional entertainment enhancements such as our retro arcade tent, Corn hole, and other themed activities to provide the most memorable and immersive experience possible!
- In the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule to pre-determined date
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- We pre-pay the cost of the movie license which will be procured through Swank Media or Criterion and we provide a digital copy of each film. This cost is included as a part of the total package.
- We provide and manage the following professional audio & video equipment to be used during each event:
State-of-the-art NEC Digital 4K Laser Projector (front & rear projection available)
(6) JBL EON Series Powered PA Speakers and (2) JBL EON Series SUBs
Open Air Cinema H-20 - 20 foot wide (23 foot diagonal) inflatable movie screen
- We begin set up no less than 3 hours prior to the start of each film.
- We provide curated music and/or family friendly on-screen pre-show entertainment beginning no less than 90 minutes prior to start of each film.
- We set up a branded tent with over 60 retro arcade games (6-8 machines) which will be free for your guests to play.
- We set up corn hole boards for your guests to enjoy.
- We have the ability to set up and sell concessions (flavored popcorn, assorted candies, sodas, etc.). This can also be added as a complementary option for your guests for an additional fee.

Outdoor 'Walk-In' Movie Events
At walk-in events guests will be able to bring their own chairs and blankets and will enjoy our immersive 8 speaker sound set-up.
Outdoor 'Drive-In' Movie Events
We also have the ability to show Drive-in movies where your guests will be able to sit in their own car and listen to the movie through their car radio/sound system.
Outdoor Drive-In/Walk In Combo Events
Interested in hosting a combo event? We've got you covered! We can set up both immersive sound system for walk-in guests as well as have a section towards the back of the allotted area for guests to drive in.
Weddings
Looking to help take your big day to the next level? We would love to provide our professional audio/video services! We have the ability to set up and play whatever music and/or videos you desire.
Corporate Events
Looking for something special and memorable to do to show your team some appreciation? What better way than with a movie under the stars complete with retro arcade games and concessions!
LOOKING TO HOST A SERIES OF EVENTS?
If you book 6 dates or more we will provide everything listed under 'What's Included' as well as the following enhancements:
- We will work with you to establish a custom name and branding for the series.
- We will provide professionally designed marketing materials for Facebook and Instagram. If you you would like we can launch a Facebook event page for each date and add you as a co-host so you can invite, share, and promote on your own social media pages.
- Professionally designed 5x7 postcards & 11x17 posters to help promote the series within your 4 walls
- Complimentary private staff screen screening for you and your team on a date and time of your choosing.
- Reduced curation fee per event making your last event FREE (with the exception of the movie license)
